Category exclusivity: Aaron Zapata is the only real estate professional on this site. Real estate agents, brokerages and property managers are not accepted as sponsors and are not listed in the directory or maps. Likewise, Beacon Escrow, Inc. is the only escrow company and Crosswalk Mortgage, Inc. (NMLS #1752641) is the only mortgage company on the site; other escrow, mortgage and lending businesses are not accepted as sponsors.

Reporting

Each placement carries a sponsor ID. Impressions (when a placement is at least half visible) and clicks are recorded as Google Analytics 4 events (sponsor_impression and sponsor_click, with sponsor_id, slot_id, category and page_path) so each sponsor can receive a report.
