How it works
- Tell us your market. Send the short form below. We feature one agent per city, so we first check that yours is available.
- Onboarding. If it's a fit, we collect your license, brokerage, photos and bio, and you review and sign the agent agreement.
- We build it. Local data, your details, an accessible design (WCAG 2.1 AA), hosting and upkeep are handled for you.
- Launch and grow. Local businesses advertise on the guide. We handle ad sales and billing.
Who runs the sites: city guides in this program are built, owned and operated by Vizion, Inc., a website and advertising platform provider. Yorba Linda Guide is published by Aaron Zapata.
Pricing: $299 one-time setup fee (non-refundable) and $99/month, starting when your site launches, plus a share of ad revenue; details provided before signup.
