How this tracker will work
- Watch for candidates: county health-inspection records, news, Chamber ribbon-cuttings, and tips from readers.
- Confirm with at least two independent sources before posting.
- Show the date, both sources, and the date last checked.
Source correction. An early plan pointed to an ArcGIS "FoodServiceData" service as the Orange County inspection feed. On checking, that service contains Louisville, KY records only, so it is not used. Orange County's inspection portal is inspections.myhealthdepartment.com/orange-county (OC Health Care Agency, (714) 433-6000); an OC feed for automated tracking is still to be identified.
